UFC San Antonio | Main Card Preview
Saturday, March 25th (7:00 PM EST Main Card, 4:00 PM EST Prelims)
Marlon Vera vs. Cory Sandhagen
WATCH - Welcome to the Sean O’Malley sweep stakes! These two hyper-active and hyper-violent bantamweights are easily at the top of any hardcore’s lists for most fun fighters in the UFC. However, neither one has been able to break into the highest tier of the division or popularity yet. With both fighters being 30-years old, the time is now to capture the moment, smash their opponent, and yell loud into the microphone for a Sean O’Malley title eliminator bout. Cause even a single loss at this turning point age can send a bantamweight spiraling down to his grave.
FGTDalgo Bet - Fight Does Not Go The Distance 1u @ +110 (better than -192.4)
Holly Holm vs. Yana Santos
BATHROOM BREAK - 41 years old, averages 1 fight a year since 2018, and just signed a 6-fight UFC contract. You can do the math but we’re warning you, it isn’t pretty.
Nate Landwehr vs. Austin Lingo
WATCH - Nate Landwehr made it to the UFC late, got beaten up a bunch early on, but now has really found a stride and is making a name for himself as a just-bleed warrior. Lingo is young and has not been doing that. Here’s hoping we don’t watch the life drain from the elder & more exciting journeyman’s eyes as he is clinched for 15 minutes straight by a young prospect.
FGTDalgo Bet - Fight Goes The Distance 1u @ +146 (better than -110.2)
Andrea Lee vs. Maycee Barber
WATCH - Barber is insanely young for a fighter with 8 UFC bouts already. She’s built up an impressive streak lately but the last time her win-streak was this long she got gatekept hard. And Andrea Lee just so happens to be a flyweight gatekeeper.
Alex Perez vs. Manel Kape
WATCH - Ranked flyweights on the main card! Kape might’ve had a slow start to his hyped up career, but he’s finally starting to deliver now and Perez will be a great test to see if Kape has the skills to make it to the top.
FGTDalgo Bet - Fight Goes The Distance 1u @ +180 (better than -129.9)
Chidi Njokuani vs. Albert Duraev
BATHROOM BREAK - Large but mediocre middleweights. Quick finish or painfully drawn out, and likely the latter.
